The High Timber cheese room features each season’s best, including exquisite blues such as Fourme au Maury, a blue cheese marinated in a sweet maury wine and Brillat Truffe, a triple cream Brie layered with black Perigord truffle.
Many of the cheeses are unique and not available anywhere else in London.
We also have a superb selection of cold meats including Patanegra lardo, venison cured with red wine and cloves and beautiful saucisson de Noir de Bigorre, sausage made from the rare black foot pig from the Pyrenees.
